COVID-19 and Our Response

We would like to reassure you that n-compass is following daily professional advice and guidelines from the Government, NHS and Public Health England in terms of our services and support. Our highest priority is ensuring that our staff, volunteers, service users, wider communities and their families are healthy and stay safe.

We are committed to continuing to provide our service users with high quality services and support whilst regularly monitoring and reviewing the ever changing COVID-19 situation.

We acknowledge that a large percentage of the people we currently support fall into the high risk category and may not want face-to-face contact. However, will still be continuing to offer face-to-face service for those that want it, whilst following an enhanced risk assessment process, before any such meetings take place.

However, we are also able to offer alternative methods of engagement  and support which include Skype, telephone and email contact.

n-compass has decided to cancel or postpone all non-essential meetings and group activities.

Regular updates will be given on our website and through social media so please keep following us.
