We’re proud to share some exciting news N‑Compass has officially launched the Westmorland & Furness Carer Support Service.
This new service marks an important step in our continued commitment to supporting unpaid carers across more communities, ensuring carers can access the right help, information and guidance close to home.
The Westmorland & Furness Carer Support Service is open to carers of all ages (5+), including young carers, parent carers and adult carers who provide unpaid care for someone living in Westmorland and Furness.
Funded by Westmorland and Furness Council, the service reflects a shared commitment to recognising the vital role unpaid carers play and ensuring they are supported to maintain their own health and wellbeing alongside their caring responsibilities.
As with all N‑Compass services, the focus is on making sure carers are recognised, listened to and supported, helping them to continue caring for as long as they choose.
