Our Application Process

Our normal route for applications is through our recruitment portal. However, if you require any reasonable adjustments to enable you to participate in the recruitment process, please contact a member of our People Services Team at **@***********rg.uk and we will be happy to help.

Your CV and application will be reviewed by the hiring manager(s).

If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notification and the opportunity to request feedback on your application.

If selected, you’ll be invited via email for an interview with a minimum panel of two managers. You’ll be informed whether the interview will be held face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams.

You will be asked competency-based questions based on the job description and person specification and may be asked to present or complete a competency-based exercise during the interview.

N-Compass is an equal opportunities employer. If you require any reasonable adjustments to assist with your application or to attend the interview, please reach out to **@***********rg.uk.

If successful, you’ll receive a job offer, and we will carry out relevant checks such as a DBS check, references, and proof of right to work in the UK. These checks may take some time to complete, and we will be unable to confirm your start date until all these checks are complete in line with our safer recruitment policy.

We look forward to receiving your application!
