  • Collaboration– While many colleagues work independently in the community, we create regular opportunities to connect in person or collaborate through virtual platforms, sharing, supporting, and learning together.
  • Investing In Our Teams – We provide time and a budget for team away days, investing in team building and fostering professional working relationships. N-Compass also hosts three all-staff events as an opportunity for the entire organisation to share best practices and celebrate successes.

  • My Voice – We host an employee engagement forum with colleagues from across the organisation meeting regularly with the Chief Executive throughout the year.
  • Staff suggestions – All employees have access to submit staff suggestions to the Senior Management Team each month, all suggestions are considered and responded to, and we have implemented many new initiatives through this scheme.
  • Reward & Recognition – We acknowledge and celebrate key milestones in the employment journey through Long Service Awards, Our Value Awards, and N-Compass Hero of the Month awards. We host and celebrate an event for our dedicated volunteers each year.
