Creating Meaningful Change

‘Your Voice’ is N-Compass’ organisation-wide co-production programme, bringing together the insights and experiences of key stakeholders to shape how we work. By involving the people who use, deliver, and commission our services, we create meaningful change that is informed by real-world experience.

Our co-production approach is built around three key areas:

Citizen Involvement
Ensuring service users influence policies, service design, and decision-making.
My Voice, Employee Assemblies
Creating spaces for employees to contribute ideas, share experiences, and help shape the organisation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partnering with commissioners to design and refine services that meet real community needs and evolve strategically over time.
