Empowering Professionals

Commissioner collaboration

We work closely with commissioners from early market engagement through to service delivery. By sharing expertise and good practice, we help shape service specifications and meaningful performance indicators.

Where new services are introduced, we co-produce implementation plans, drawing on local knowledge and existing strengths to ensure services reflect community needs and priorities.

Partnership in Practice

Collaboration is central to our work. Whether supporting carers or delivering advocacy, we actively seek out partnerships that improve outcomes and extend reach.

In our carers services, we work with health, education and voluntary sector partners to ensure carers are identified early and supported in a joined-up way. In advocacy, we partner with safeguarding teams, care providers and mental health professionals to ensure people’s rights are upheld and their voices are heard.

Carer Champion Training

We help workplaces recognise and support carers within their workforce through a dedicated programme designed to help them build carer-friendly environments.

This includes developing practical policies, identifying and training Carer Champions, and embedding a culture of empathy and flexibility. This approach helps carers balance work alongside their caring responsibilities and supports employers in creating a more engaged and productive workforce.
