Who Is A Carer?

A carer is someone who provides unpaid support to a loved one who would struggle without them. This could be helping with everyday tasks, providing emotional support, or managing medication and appointments.

Many carers don’t even realise they are carers – they just see it as ‘helping out’ or ‘doing what family does.’ But your role is important, and you deserve support too.
