Our Social Value Programme goes beyond service delivery, embedding a strong commitment to social, economic, and environmental responsibility in everything it does.

At the heart of this commitment is a focus on people – both those who access support and those who help provide it. Volunteers play a crucial role in enhancing our impact, generously contributing thousands of hours to support vital services. N-Compass also engenders a supportive and engaging workplace culture, with most staff reporting high levels of job satisfaction.

Beyond direct service provision, we take proactive steps to drive wider social value. This includes investing in local communities, promoting inclusion and equality, and minimising environmental impact. In recognition of these efforts, N-Compass has been awarded the Bronze Level Social Value Quality Mark, reflecting our dedication to ethical and responsible business practices.

Through this work, N-Compass continues to make a lasting difference – empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and championing a fairer, more sustainable society.

N-Compass is committed to actively contributing to the Government’s Net Zero targets.

On average, 60% of the contract budget (not including salaries) is reinvested into the local economy.

85% of N-Compass employees live within the borough where they work.

Over the past year, 172 volunteers have given 6184 hours to support others.

In 2024-25, N-Compass donated £7,500 to Caring and Sharing in Rochdale.
