I have over 20 years’ experience in marketing and business leadership, working across a wide range of sectors to help organisations develop their strategy, grow and make a greater impact. I am the Founder and Director of AS Marketing Consultancy Ltd, where I work with businesses to strengthen their marketing, reach the right audiences and achieve sustainable growth.

Previously, at Channel 3 Consulting, I worked in healthcare marketing, supporting the growth of the business and helping organisations navigate the changing health and care landscape. I saw first-hand the potential for digital innovation to improve the way services are delivered and, ultimately, to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

I was drawn to becoming a Trustee at n-compass because I wanted to give something back and use my experience for a purpose beyond commercial success. I believe that strong strategy, effective communication and a willingness to embrace new ideas can help organisations reach more people, develop sustainable services and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.

I’m delighted to bring my experience in marketing, strategic development and business growth to n-compass, supporting its ambition to reach more people and make a lasting difference. Having made my home in Preston, I’m also pleased to contribute to an organisation with such a strong connection to Lancashire, and beyond, and the communities it serves.
