Zoe Michell

I began my HR career in hospitality, with leadership roles at Hilton in the UK and Delta by Marriott in Canada, before moving into the charity sector. I’ve since held senior People & Culture roles in local and national UK charities, including three years as Director, People & Culture at Humentum, a global organisation supporting the social impact sector. I’m currently Head of People and Culture at Re-engage, the charity tackling loneliness and isolation among older people, alongside my own consultancy, Join the Dots. I’m a Fellow of the CIPD.

I believe strong cultures start with putting people first, and that good people practice doesn’t have to be complicated. I care about helping organisations with limited resources create workplaces where people feel supported, valued and connected. I’m based in Bolton, and I’m committed to making a positive difference in communities across the North West and beyond.
