I am a technology executive with extensive experience leading transformation and organisational change across a range of sectors. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about using innovation and leadership to improve outcomes for people, organisations and communities.

I’ve been fortunate to work with talented teams and organisations tackling complex challenges, helping to modernise services, improve experiences and create lasting positive change. While technology has been at the heart of my career, what has always mattered most to me is the impact it can have on people.

Supporting individuals to overcome challenges and realise their potential is something I care deeply about. I believe everyone should have access to the right support, opportunities and encouragement to lead fulfilling and independent lives, regardless of their circumstances.

As a Trustee of N-Compass, I am proud to contribute my experience in leadership, strategy and governance to an organisation that makes a meaningful difference every day. I am continually inspired by the compassion, commitment and impact of the N-Compass team, and by the resilience of the individuals, families and communities they support.

Outside of my professional and trustee roles, I am passionate about developing future leaders, championing social mobility and supporting initiatives that create stronger, more inclusive communities. Based in the North-West, I am a strong advocate for the positive role that innovation, partnership and community can play in improving people’s lives.
