I am based in the North West, following senior HR & Organisational Development leadership roles in the banking and housing sectors I set up my own Business Consultancy. 

My aim is to use my proven leadership ability to add value by supporting organisations to deliver successful change.  A successful track record in developing and facilitating Leadership, Change and Employee Engagement programmes which deliver outstanding business results.  Recognised for delivering creative, yet pragmatic solutions, which are cost effective and future proofed.

Experienced Board member, who has led the development of new Purpose, Vision, Values, and strategy for Lancashire Mind.   Adopts a collaborative approach when working with Leadership teams and Boards to develop business strategy and deliver improved performance.

A coach to Directors and Senior Management, developing their leadership capability and unlocking potential, to improve both personal and business performance.    

Currently a Non-Executive Director for Warrington Housing where she is Chair on the Remuneration committee. Previously Chair for Lancashire Mind, completing my term in November 2023.

I believe mental health is as important as physical health; having previously suffered with clinical depression, and experienced the stigma associated with this illness.  She decided to use her professional skills and lived experience to make a difference for others and raise awareness about the impact of mental health.
